Help Battery configuration question ?

So I got a tip to configure my battery since I was only getting a half day if using it moderately. I charged until full then took of my charger and took the battery out right away for a few min. But when I put the battery in and in 36 min I am already down to 92% ? is this normal ?

So in 5 hours 18 min I am down to 68% is this normal ?

No not when I was checking this but I am on my phone a lot but only for a min just checking twitter and facebook and other news apps.

So 9 hours of moderate to heavy use and down to 38%

I am exactly the same except I'm using economy mode and on the lowest brightness but I barely use the phone at all! Am scared to.

Ya I was really hoping to get a full day out of moderate use. I see that it could take a week to settle but should be better than that.
