Battery cover issue

I noticed that my battery cover is no longer flush with the edge of the back like it used to be. At first I just thought I hadn't put it on all the way, but I've checked over and over and it's in there right.

I know for a fact it wasn't like this when I got it, so I guess it warped, but I don't know how

Has this happened to anyone else?

About a hundred or so posts with the same issue. The plastic just won't stay flush. You can take a piece of paper and fold it over a few times and place it between the battery and the cover. It will make it flush again.

The above solution does indeed work. (I used a movie ticket) Only thing with using this method is it opens up a bit of a gap between the red ring around your camera and your battery cover, allowing an opening for dust. All depends on if that bothers you or not.
