Root Battery Display Problem

my batter for some reason isnt displaying correctly i am fully rooted and so far this is the only problem i have had with the stock rom.
The app i use is called "Battery Indicator"

I never had this problem before i rooted so i have no idea why its displaying the wrong battery.
I have tryed turning my phone off and on and taking the battery out nothing seems to change this.
If it is any help i have used titanium backup to freeze apps but my battery seems to decrease just as fast if not faster than before i rooted any ideas??
also i have 1 more question about my battery
about 45% of my battery is taken up by cell standby is that normal??

1) Are you saying that the battery level in the battery page never changes, or are you saying you think it doesn't match at the very moment. Because your screenshot shows the correct battery level for 82%. Basically, if you had 90-100%, it would show all 10 bars. Anywhere in the 80-90% range shows 9 bars. Anywhere in the 70-80% range shows 8 bars, and so on.

2) Just freezing apps is unlikely to save you much battery life. If you suspect it is worse, verify nothing is running when it shouldn't be by checking partial wake usage since last unplugged with spare parts (you can get it from the market).

3) Yeah, that's about normal. As long as phone idle isn't far behind, there's nothing to really worry about. If Android system is high on the list, something might be up.
 
All of your original questions have been answered in a satisfactory fashion, but I will add this:

Rooting doesn't immediately mean massive increases in battery life. It can get better, but, especially on the stock ROM, not a lot has changed when you root and freezing a few bloatware apps only has a minor impact on your battery. So minor, in fact, that if you are playing around with your phone more often and spending a good amount of time checking your battery level, then that could be why your battery is draining quicker. There is a certain novelty surrounding rooting your phone, similar to that "new phone" feel you had when you first got your Evo. Once that wears off a tad, your usage will return to normal and your battery life should flatten out or get a little better. Start flashing ROMs and kernels and you can really start to narrow in on some boosts in battery life.
 
If I could make a suggestion to the OP:

I like to use this circle battery indicator. I got it off xda in the Azrael ROM thread, which is my personal favorite. It replaces the stock one in the right hand side of the notification bar. To me it looks cleaner than having it on both sides like the one your using now.

Make a backup before you flash this. I've had it to where the phone would get stuck in a boot loop after flashing this and the only way to get out of itwas to pull the battery and do a restore.

Careful, you might need a deodexed ROM for that, and it looks like the OP is on stock. Also, this might screw around with theming if you're on a custom ROM. You have a link to xda for this?
 
You know, I think you just explained why when I flashed the battery percent tweak to fresh I got stuck in a boot loop. I looked at the fresh ROM description on xda, and it doesn't say if its a deodexed ROM.

Oh, I'm sure Fresh is deodexed. Almost everything but stock is. Where did you get the mod from? If you tried flashing the mod meant for Azrael on Fresh, that's more likely the problem. Sometimes that sort of thing works, and sometimes it doesn't.
