Hi, had my sensation for 5 days and having to charge the thing at least twice a day. Noticed that the phone is constantly trying to sync. On looking at the accounts and sync tab, it shows that it is constantly stalling out and repeatedly trying to sync. This appears to be putting a massive drain on the battery. By that I mean I get 4 hours out of the battery, which even if i was a heavy user is terrible and of no use on a day to day use. Spoken to HTC and 3 customer service (both useless) all they could offer was to turn the phone to full manual update. What is the use of auto sync, if it drains your battery that quickly. I have looked at the same phone in a different carrier and they don't suffer the same problem. Other than this I loved this phone, but have had to send it back for the galaxy s2. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Yes having similar issues, my Sensation is doing this also, but have also heard of others having sync issues as well, which seems to be draining the battery. Mine is set to auto sync and does at times stall, have tried the sim in my DHD and it works fine, so it is either the three branding or the handset its self, three say they are aware of the issue and it only seems to be the sensation it is an issue on, but that there is a software update due for it.
