Battery Drain when Cell signal dips into yellow

Hi all. This started about 2 weeks ago. My phone drains like crazy when the cell signal is on yellow (from the power settings history section). I'm on Verizon. This started a week and a half ago. But I can't trust to leave my phone disconnected overnight or it will drain. Overnight it drained from 80%. Other times it will drain about 20% in three hours with no use. It's happened at different locations of the city.

I just did a factory reset and it did nothing. Anyone else experiencing this?

Keep in mind that cellular connections are two way... when your received signal is low, it is likely that the phone is also transmitting at a higher power and using more power to do so.
