Help Battery Drained - says been using Dolphin - WHY?

Over the past week or so my bettery has been draining really quickly. When I got home from travelling with work at the weekend I updated some apps (Dolphin, eBay, Yell, Dictionary).

Now today, I unplugges the phone at 7am. Went to check it at 3pm and the battery was RED. I have not used the phone all day.

Now I do keep wireless on and Bluetooth and I have my mail set to update every hour. However, this has always been the same and up until a few weeks ago the battery would last all day and then some.

When I went into what has been using the battery, it said Dolphin had been using the phone; the phone had been in stand-by mode all day. Why would it do that? Any settings I can tweak?

Hi, not that I am aware of. I have just downloaded the Browser.

Although I do remember last week it said it had been using the MMS process. Could I have a virus? If so, which product would anyone recommend?

I don't think it's a virus, but if you want to be sure download lookout and let that do a scan.

If the scan comes up clean, install this and run at random times throughout the day to see exactly what is causing the CPU usage. If it is always Dolphin, kill via app manager. If it opens again, uninstall.

Really weird though, I've heard nothing but good reports about Dolphin. I also use it myself without issue.
