Battery draining over night after a full charge

Hi all, just been having a problem with my battery draining right down after a full charge at night before i go bed, then in morning the phone is dead ..i always make sure there's no apps running in background by using the Active applications monitor, i don't use any of the Task Killer apps.. i can't understand how this is happening over night after a full charge and there's no use of the phone coz i'm in bed ...its happened three nights in a row now..
Any help on this is much appreciated...thanks

maybe telling your current ROM/firmware will help including the apps installed

I would suggest installing BetterBatteryStats, from the Play Store, and monitoring exactly what is using your battery. It could be that you have a problem with your USB port.
