Well, the top 10% or so of any battery will fall off quicker than the middle range will be used up. This is called "surface charge".... don't get too hung up over the top few percentage points.
You should be more concerned with how many hours it will provide you with the type of usage that you need.
I ride motorcycles too. I can't see any valid reason to leave on the WiFi, Data, or Bluetooth (unless you wear an earwig BT) while riding. The GPS? Set it for Power Saving Mode. It will still give you a reasonable location within a few hundred feet which at 65 MPH is more than good enough...
The DATA is only used if you are surfing the internet.... why leave it on while it is buried in your pocket for a few hundred miles?
I turn all of that stuff off unless I need it. It turns on in about 2 seconds. Surely that is fast enough for the internet surfing we all do.
