Help Battery fully charged, warning

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum but....

Is there any way to make this stop?
I know I can swipe it to make it disappear but I don't want this to appear at all
and the swiping only works for each instance.
This just started when I downloaded Lollipop 5.0.
Had never seen it before.
Damn thing wakes me up at night, in this case 3:12 am.........

Do you have any battery saving or monitor apps installed?
What happens when you long press on the notification?

I have no battery saving apps installed.
Nothing happens when I long press.

I've been all over the phone to try to turn this off.
Looked at all possible settings and it's simply not happening.

Any ideas??????????

Try unlocking your device, pull down the notification draw,long press on the notification, an i will appear, press it and that will bring you to the app info, uncheck notifications
