Help battery health

not sure what happen but
i plugged in the phone to labtop or wall and battery icon
flash red and i get this in notification bar
battery unspecified failure !!!
When I plug my phone to charge, a empty, red framed battery icon flashes.
i am at 66% right now ugh

unless the age old take it out and give it a clean/blow doesnt work sounds like your battery has had it..put simply

That happened to me randomly a few nights ago. I just powered off then back on again and it was fine.
