my s2 runs out of battery so quick (im rooted, siyah 5.0.1 if that helps) i have deleted bloatware and always make sure active apps are closed and have turned off basics (wifi, brightness is low, sync etc.)
1. why does battery go so quick ? (i can watch it go from 100 to 90 within like half hour tops with just browsing internet)
2. any GOOD solutions to help WITHOUT damaging performance ?

edit: havnt downloaded any custom roms.
 
dont do heavy gaming just basic things such as: browse facebook, browse forums, play small games like hill climb etc. that shouldnt be wasting my battery like that should it? also my battery has gone 2% down just opening this page and writing this (may actually be my battery thats juat ****** lol)

It is not impossible to go through 5-10% of your battery on an hours heavy browsing.

If your battery is old or damaged, then that could be a problem. However, before spending money on a new battery you should try re-calibrating the battery chip in your phone by using the following method in post #1...

The Best Way to Calibrate our S2 Battery ! [No root needed, Simple, Accurate

after re-calibration your battery readings will be all over the place for a few hours and then will settle down to an accurate reading.

I use this method all the time after flashing ROM's as this can cause problems with battery readings.
