Root Battery Issue

Hey guys, New guy here!

i've been using ctmod since 2.0, but lately with 3.6 i have been having issues with the battery getting very hot and also draining very quickly.

i have search, (and i apologize if i missed something) but i don't seem to find an answer/solution to my problem.

Is ur phone overclocked, any new apps that u didn't have before?

The list goes on and on...

Try draining it all the way with full charges in-between.

Mine has done the same before then mysteriously started working fine and cool again for no apparent reason.

No, i don't tether (rarely do i use the browser)

i can only get 4 12 of use out of it, in the setting it says cell standby uses the most battery life, as i thought it would be facebook and foursquare (both of which are my most used apps)
