Help Battery Issue

My battery is acting very strange because soon as its fully charged within a few seconds after unplugging it drops to 99% straight away without me even doing anything on it.

Anyone know if that is normal or a faulty battery? I've been using my Note 2 before upgrading to Note 3 but never seen this quick drop before
