Help Battery issues with Jelly bean update

After installing the official Jelly bean update on my Samsung galaxy S2 by t mobile. I been experiencing problems when charging the battery it'll say that it's fully charged and when I unplug it displays that it's 98% charged? I never had problems when it had ICS.

I think a lot of us have that issue. Mine only drops to 99 though. I haven't seen a fix for it yet.

Mine drops to 99% after unpluging, but not all the time.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, plus my phone is still stock with ICS and does it.

Same here but I'm using the official jellybean rom. I'm pretty sure this glitch will be addressed in future system updates.

I had battery with the offical jellybean upate. I resolved this issue by unclicking the sync box, enabling the power saving mode, and unchecking the haptic feedback box, make sure to disable the google location if you are not using it. Now my battery is better.
