Battery Life (yikes!)

After getting the most recent update (4.0.4 version 2) my battery life has taken a massive nose dive, the first 4.0.4 was working perfect for me and now this..

Any ideas why? I know streaming radio will kill battery good but before the most recent update I was getting 8-10 hours at work with tune in pro on almost all day...

seems a little accessive. i could see that battery life on LTE streaming TuneIn (about 15% drain in my 30 minute car ride...its a HUGE battery hog) but on wifi it should be better.

how is the life during normal, non streaming usage? any difference?

You know what strikes me as odd.... is that you are showing both TuneIn and Mediaserver using tons of battery. I am pretty sure when I stream with the Sirius radio app, "Sirius" doesn't even register on the battery chart, only mediaserver. Maybe I'm just not remembering it properly, but its possible.

I wonder if the TuneIn app isn't working right with 4.0.4 and isn't running properly.

You should try to find a TuneIn user still running 4.0.2 to compare....
