Help Battery Life?

I have a Samsung Tab2 7". How long can I expect the battery to last? I don't mean for each charge, but whole life - how many charges/months/years?

Is there a discharge/discharge regime that maximises the lifetime?

Is it possible to replace it if/when it dies?

TIA

Mick

Hey Mick,

I have moved this thread into the device forum for your device so you can get some feedback from users with your device :)

Generally full charge and discharge cycles will greatly shorten overall battery life. The majority of my devices only get a full charge/discharge once a month or so. I'll normally charge once it gets to 40% ish.

Not sure about the tab specifically, but on most tablets nowadays, the battery isn't removable.

You're probably looking at about 2 years before you start noticing a massive difference in battery life anyway.

Have a look here for more info: Charging Lithium-Ion Batteries
