Help battery light always on

i checked the threads nothing about it?

my battery indicator is always ON charging/not charging

even with reboot i don't even start the device and its on...

as in did i pull the battery out for 30 seconds? yes

as soon as i put the battery back. light goes off right away! i don't even turn the phone on...really weird..

I have the same problem and am still trying to figure out what's going on with it. If anyone has experienced this and has a solution please chime in.
