Help battery low, not wireless connection..?

When my battery goes low, my wireless connection cannot connect..
Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?
 
Menu-settings-power saver

It's set up that once your phone reaches a certain percentage Bluetooth WiFi etc are turned off
