Root Battery Manager?

In motoblur / gingerblur settings, there is a battery manager that turns off data + other stuff after inactive 15 mins of use (using maximum battery saver option). This helps my phone to last all day...

After flashing liberty / apex 2.0 gingerbread, this setting is gone because these roms get rid of all gingerblur.

There are ways to get it back, but does anyone know an alternative? Such as an app in the market that works like this?

i do believe if your on apex you can get it back, but battery manager is already in the settings...

go to the apex v2.0 rc2 release and check it out

What happens when I want to go to CM7? Are there battery managing apps that work as well as motoblur's one did?
