i have a battery monitor that measure my battery capacity at 1500 but i have 1700 anker battery

I believe that is an internal thing with HTC. I think they limited the Battery Monitor that is built in to 1500 as a max even though you have a bigger battery than that.

I'm not sure which monitor (there are many) you have, but if it's the "Battery Monitor Widget" go to calibration then select battery at the top. You will then have a edit option to change the battery capacity.
