Help Battery not charging

when my battery was almost empty i started charging but after 30 mins when i removed from charge it was still in empty position.
 
did u try again? did the battery icon show that it was charging? did u try the wall socket charger and the USB cable both?
 
actually i didnt reboot but used phone in low charge and in sumtime it got switched off and when i started charging for now 16% has been charged in 15mins.

Leave it alone and do not use it for a while. The phone uses a good bit of power and using it while charging will take a while! The charger is not exactly over powered and it made to slowly charge you device over several hours.
 
what is the solution for this quick drain of battery company must have made sure this univeres no.1 with so many features and HD games/videos needs a better battery life ,i shtere any way 2 increase and have better battery life?
