Root Battery not charging

Once battery drained its nt charging again
I shown it service center, service person is so dumb, then I called customer care he insisted to download "Xperia Diagnostics" and told to check charger through it.
I did same but it is showing charging is going on.

I put my battery in friends mobile, its working. So my battery is good.

Then what will b the issue?
Anyone facing same problem?
Right now I ordered universal charger but it's temporary solution, need permanent...
Plz help...

send that universal back and get an oem charger. the charger may not be putting out the right juice. so you need to compare the current to the specs and make sure its giving the battery all the love and attention it requires.

is the charging port tight?
