Help Battery percent display

Mythoz

Lurker
Hi there,

I am just wondering if my battery consumption for my display is normal - right now I see on my battery use chart, bearing in mind I have refreshed my news feed once on Facebook and sent a couple of text in this battery life.

2h 24m 33s on battery
Display - 66%
Cell Standby - 17%
Phone idle - 14%
Android OS - 4%

I have set the little bar on the display brightness options to what I think is about 40% (just before half way)

Thanks for any help

Yip, that's right, mine is round 70-80% and I have my brightness set to 0-25% tops, although the screen is on pretty much all the time.

Why not download from Android Market place 'Battery Solo' widget. Nice little circular display of battery's capacity and internal temp (if you need this).
:)

I don't understand how we can answer the question as to whether its normal in 2'24" for the display to have used 66% of the battery unless you tell us how long within that time the display has been on (by pressing the display tab). You also don't specify what battery figure you're down to in only that time.
