Help battery problem!!!

hi everyone,
just got my tab 2 7.0 yesterday.
when i on my tablet, it left 20% of battery, was planning to use it till it dry ... but i notice if recharge by itself.
from 1% to 99%... than a notice came out said battery need to be recharge and it recharge itself slowly again.
anyone got this problem before ??

Sounds like a problem my Mother in law is having with hers. we are sending it in for service for the second time (first time they just did a software update.)
