Help Battery REALLY sucks all of a sudden

I was having some lag issues after upgrading to 2.2 so I did a factory reset and now my EXTENDED HTC battery only lasts 4 hours before needing to be recharged. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? I am on stock froyo 2.2.

You have to retrain the phone. Let your battery run all the way down until it shuts off and the charge it with your phone off. It will likely take one or two days for it to finally realize how big the battery is. I saw dramatic increase with my battery after doing this with my reset.

Also charging your battery with your phone off at night seems to help give you the best battery life day to day.
