Do battery stats reset every time a install a new rom(not a restore just a fresh rom) or only when I clear them?

Root Battery Stats?

good question. my guess is only when you delete them because it never says "deleting battery stats" in recovery when I install a fresh rom. it goes through formatting boot and system then restores boot and system but I never see anything about battery stats.
