Help battery stops charging

hello! i will first say, my english is not good i`m sorry!

The first question, i have an galaxys2, and i have him 4 days.
and my battery will not charging today, he says your battery is to warm/cold i cant my battery not charge , i have an case around the cellphone. and the question is how can that? i cant him 10 minutes charging and the will stop charging! i have him in my bedroom its there 23 celsius, i have this problem for the first time with android now

can you help?

Do not apologies for your English, it is fine but even if it were not you at least can write a second language and I can not.

First question I would ask you is have you tried charging the SGS2 when not in a case. Does it charge okay then?

Have you also tried powering down the phone, take out the battery for a minute then reinserting (putting it back in).
Does it then charge okay?

yes it works! for how long!?

i want to start the camera, and my screen give all pixels! green blue and red, its so scary, i reset my camera and he start normaly, is this a hardware faulth or a software faulth? its very crazy! :S to for first time this.

I asked two questions relating to the battery.

I thought we were talking about the battery????

Are you now saying you have another separate issue with the phone and this time it is the camera?

Please try to to reply to my answers otherwise it becomes confusing.
I know you have a problem with English but unless you reply exactly to the answers it only complicates matters further.
