hi everyone.
i have a pretty usual galaxy s2 stock ROM original battery and the device is not even rooted.
recently i witnesses something rather strange: the battery can be fully loaded or close to be full and when i restart the device it says something around 9-5 percent.
if i don't restart it or shut it down everything works just fine.
what could be the cause of that?
