Root battery task bar percentage

[williamwilliam]

Ive looked around and cant really find what Im looking for. I am looking for a way to flash the percentage of the battery in the task bar, like in the sprint lovers ROM. I am currently running Fresh and I like it, I just want to find this app and install it if at all possible. Anyone know how this can be done?
