Root Battery Temperature?

Ive been noticing some issues with Battery Overheating LG Connect from searching the forums.
However my LG Connect sometimes feels a bit warm when I am using it extensively. but what would be too warm, say overheating?
The warmest temperature ive noticed using the Set CPU widget is 101.4 *F...
I have insurance and I dont want to get another one if they are all the same.

u get a warranty replacement not insurance. i got a replacement and it improved overheating as well as a aftermarket battery/ extended battery

If you do any extensive video streaming or gaming the phone is gonna get hot. My phone got very hot when I was streaming video for an hour or so and I have an extended battery.

ya i used to get that we in the same battery but after getting a replacement phone it stopped. especially if im underclocked almost no apparent warmth. running at 192-648

Did you have your 1st connect Rooted with CWM? or you where able to unroot and remove CWM before getting replacement?
Also, how fast did metro send you a replacement phone?

replacemet was within 4 days they bring it to the store and u just swap it there.
yes its uclear but lg update tool and download mode will remove root. then the cwm delooper flash it and it will remove cwm. thats all u need

Thanks for the info. For some odd reason my phone stopped overheating..
The only time its getting warm is when I am using the phone while charging.
I will still be monitor my LG Connect, just incase.

ya charging while using is usually when it gets warm. and during hotter weather
