Help Battery usage CRUSHED after 4.4.2 Update

Hey everybody! I've been looking all over the place and haven't seen this as a consistent problem for S4 users - I'm hoping I'm not duplicating anything.

I have a stock Sprint S4. I have consistently gotten at least a day's use out of it with normal usage (some browsing, music, email checking, etc.). Ever since the 4.4.2 update, though, my battery usage has been terrible. Android System is the constant culprit. I have no idea what to do to rectify the situation. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i read an article that it's one of the bug in kitkat.. I am using OS MONITOR + GSAM but i cannot find any valid app that is really causing the high usage under Android System..
