Help Battery usage details?

Can I ask when you look at the Battery usage what does the phrase.....

"20h 26mins 24s on battery" actually mean? Does it mean that the phone has been switched on for 20h 26mins 24s or does it mean that the phone has been drawing power from the battery for 20h 26mins 24s ?

Is there a way to find out how much longer the battery will last or is that what the 20h 26mins 24s means i.e. there is 20h 26mins 24s left on the battery?

Also in the screen shot of my battery usage below why are there two different time figures along the two axes?

That's the period of time the phone has been off the charger, more or less. Calculating how long it will last depends on how you will use your phone. You may use GSAM battery monitor to get an idea of how long the battery might last.

I use Juiceplotter (Widget). It gives you an idea how long the battery will last on your usage and how long it'll take to charge your phone.

Because one shows the time period of the graph (since boot I believe) and one shows the time during that period that the phone was using the battery (not charging).

So let's say you plugged your phone in for exactly 2 hours during that period. The top would say 18h 19m 43s on battery and the bottom would say 20h 19m.

The phone has to be charged to above 90% to reset the details so if you only charge to say 80% every time, the time on battery will say like 1year lol i think
