Help Battery Usage: wifi off, but still using 2%

Sorry if this was already asked, but I did search.

wifi is off, but when I check what is using the battery, it shows wifi using 2%. Is that normal? Why is wifi still using the battery?

my phone:
HTC Incredible
Rooted
Skyraider 2.5.2 vanilla

Did you use Wifi since it was last unplugged?

That explains it. It's measuring what has used the battery since your last recharge or reboot.
