Root Battery Usage

I'm taking a look at what has been using my battery in my rooted cm7 backside rom/greenmachine theme and i get this:

Cell standby 48%
Phone idle 45%
weatherbug 4%
display 4%.

Is there anything i can do to reduce cell standby or phone idle?

Looks pretty normal to me.

Airplane mode will get rid of both (but no calls).

wait was 3g activated all the time in that screenshot? i get 17 hrs with no 3g or wifi. but with 3g only 6 and wifi 4. something must be wrong my rom.
