Root battery wont fully charge after root

Just like the title says, I had a rooted TB before, dropped it and the screen busted. Got a new one, had it unrooted for a few days, and everything worked fine. It charged to 100% daily, but then I rooted and am now running BAMF Forever Cubed 1.0.9 and cannot get my batter to show higher than 81%. I've googled and searched until my eyes couldnt read anymore, tried bump charging countless times, and at one point did it for almost two days and still nothing higher than 81%.

Anybody have any ideas? New kernal maybe? Should I just reflash and try a different rom?

I'm out of ideas.

I am buying a new battery finally after hoping it fixed it self. Mine usually tops out at 75-80 (charging on/off) and if reboot it jumps 10 percent.. Green light only goes on at when turned on around 89-91. App i found searching reads identical.
