Battery

Yeah, that's not really true anymore. Used to be for NiMh batteries but with Lithium Ion batteries they don't need to be conditioned. In fact, it's bad to let it fully discharge.

"Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible. Instead, charge the battery more often or use a larger battery. There is no concern of memory when applying unscheduled charges."

Thanks for the link- I was wondering about this myself.
 
I mean, I work in a phone store and the most common issue with motorola batteries is that after a short while, it stops holding a charge for a long time and then becomes useless.

those tips in the link that the person is what we preach to customers, and hopefully a major phone like the droid got extra attention.
