Help battery

Hi

First I have been happy enough with the battery up until recently and would easily get through a full day with plenty of juice left. However in the last few days the battery has been going down really fast and when checking the battery usage screen the Android OS is taking up 50% when before it would be next to nothing. Is there any way to find out what is causing this? or does anyone have any suggestions?

Just found out that I had debugging turned off as I was messing about with the settings the other day so have turned it back on. Have just checked the battery use and the Android OS has dropped from 50% to 11% in a very short time cant believe how much it has dropped. So the moral of the story is turn the debugging on people.
