Root BB .04 Smoked glass Theme won't work

Looking for a little help here...I flashed smoked glass no tabs through CM and everything looks good. The phone went through the normal process but when the phone re-booted the lock screen won't slide. I can see the black line on the top and the glass is smoked.

Any idea what I need to do? Battery pull?

Battery pull worked..but here is the odd thing. After I installed smoked glass that stupid OTA 2.2 update starting poping up again. Clicked install, then it went into DM Recovery....got the exclamation point and triangle, rebooted again.....no more update notification...All good
