Root Beats audio?

I've got a zip from the connect side that we used to flash beats on our connects (it did increase the volume/sound quality). Would that maybe work on our spirits? If needed I could post a link (or up it) so someone can peek through it to see if it's compatible.
 
I thought about that, but the "what if" factor weighs in too much. I'd rather get some opinions in before I just flash something that was intended for another device. Ya feel me.. ;)
 
Not worth it. Motion bricks so chances are high with us. Beats audio is over rated the first place. Decent headphones with a good amp will get you the same or better result. I suggest the superlux hd668b and the fio e6 headphone amp. I rock a pair of hd661's(I prefer mids and highs) and the e6.the sound is great but high impudence keeps them from getting too loud. The hd66b's are 32ohm impudence easily driven by most phone/players. Their also designed for base. The e6 will double the sound and give you the (boom and tremble as well as skull ratingling loudness) you might be looking for.
 
i had the beats zip tried flashing it on the spirit once we got root, and it soft bricked the phone, i had to use sammyz unbrick/recovery to get the phone back up and running, and lost all my data.
 
Alright now we're getting somewhere..
Thank for the tips guys. I'm not into soft bricking, I did that when I accidentally deleted Google movies (lol). As for the tips on how to make better use out of my device's audio, I'll take any advice into consideration. And thank you
 
Best choice would be an amp and decently insulated overear headphones with 40mm drivers. I got an e6 for $22 of flea bay. They go for 30. If your short on cash or don't feel comfortable diving in on an amp the fio e3 is $10. I could help better if I knew what genres you listened too.
 
All kinds of genres, everything from classical to the insane clown posse. I lil bit of everything I guess lol
 
I'm more of a blink-182 guy if i do say so myself ^_^ but mad respect you know. I am also big into the EDM scene.
