Becoming more interested in tablets...

I don't see myself investing in one any time soon, as they're mostly too expensive for my needs. I really can't justify spending $400+ for something that's more limited than my netbook that runs Windows 7. But I still really like the novelty of tablets, and I hope to eventually purchase one. I'd only really need it for web browsing, e-mail, Facebook, etc., and I'd be able to work just fine with something wi-fi only.

Are there any cheaper tablets that run Honeycomb (or will be able to upgrade to Honeycomb in the future), on the horizon? Like, in the $250~ range?

If you're not afraid of rooting and flashing custom roms, Nook Color might be a good choice for you. I think it costs around $250 and can run Honeycomb. I don't know how stable or usable the Honeycomb port is, though.
