Beetle/bug notification icon? Also, black box with red arrow?

Hi all, I have seen this notification icon on several screen shots of a black box with a white android icon that looks like a bug or a beetle or something along those lines? Can anyone give me a clue as to what program that represents cause I do not have it on my phone? It is the icon on the fourth from the left in the attached picture.

The other icon I was wondering about is the one all the way on the left in the pic, a black box with a red arrow. Some sort of downloading app? Thanks for your help!

The one that looks like a bug or a beetle is the USB debugging icon. And my guess for the one on the far left is it's your downloading icon.

But I'm not all that sure when it comes to the second one.

the second one is Gmail notifying you that you have a new email :)

(frm left to right)
On going download, gmail, usb notification, usb debugging, gps, silent, 3g, signal, battery and clock

I was saying the second one as in the second icon question he had. Meaning it looks like I was correct about it being the download icon. I have been through so many different themes that it's hard to tell sometimes. lol.
