Root Beginner ROM?

I'm probably going to break down and Root my TB this weekend. That part I've done before and survived with other phones so I'm ready for that. What I've never done, but want to try, is flashing a custom ROM. Any suggestions for one that a noob can work with to get my feet wet? Enquiring minds want to know! Thanks.

I'd recommended to flash the "rooted mr2" to use while you're researching.

What are you looking for in a rom? Do you want sense or vanilla android? Once you know this it will narrow down the options available. Also remember you can try one and switch later as well
