Help Behold 2 Hate my phone/ ? removing stock apps n adding memory

cant get to upgrade to Vibrante....in the mean time anyone know how to remove stock apps (such as all these stupid demo games) and how to add more memory? thanks

Removing stock apps will require that you root the phone. Unfortunately this can sometimes negate any warranty you might have on the phone. Removing apps on some phones can also prevent you from getting future OTA updates.

Just upgraded to galaxy want to root but i want to learn how to do restore first please help!!! And if u know anything on how to get the system to allow.me to use more memory for apps plz let me know! Thanks a bunch
