Help being charged for data even when data is off!

Hey I am on my 2nd note 2 and have AT&T. When I was with verizon ( just a few weeks ago) I was using 1G for 4 phones on my plan. After about 2 weeks with att I get a text I am over my data plan. I start fight with AT&T, they say I am just using that much now (now 8 times more than I was using with verizon) So I went to there website and you can log on to view data. I notice a lot of usae at 3,4,5,6 in the morning. So one night I disabled all data, woke up the next morning still being charged for data usage.

Anyone else have this problem?

You can also go into Setting -> Data Usage on your phone and see which program are using the most data on which date. Maybe you could see something from there. See if your phone's log agrees with AT&T's data usage.

You can disable ALL AT&T data and keep Wi-Fi on

I do this once I arrive home or work where Wi-Fi is preferred.

On the Note 2 - go

Settings

Data Usage

Mobile Data (deselect)

That should lower your data with AT&T

IIRC AT&T has been sued over this issue. Don't let them push you around.
