Belt clip case or holster for Note?

I would like a holster that sits horizontally on my belt. It needs to fit the Note with the Candy Shell case on it (only adds a little to the thickness). Any ideas? The only one I see on Amazon got terrible reviews for being a piece of crap.

This might work. I think it lets you spin it around so it's horizontal. Also I've had this exact product before for a different phone and it's very high quality.

I did just notice it is only for use with their active case, which I have and highly recommend. If you don't want to use that case though it's not quite an option.

I'm looking for a case holster since I already have the Candy Shell on it and don't trust the snap-in plastic holsters anyway.
