Accessories belt pouch

Can anyone help me find my perfect holder pls.

Im looking for pouch that fits onto your belt, preferably vertically, with a flip lid of some sort to keep the phone secure but with space to allow the headphones to be connected.

You'd think it wouldnt be that hard to find but i'm struggling so help pls...

This is one I use. It's horizontal, but works well. It doesn't interfere with the headphone port.
