Best 7 to 8.0 tablet Recommendation

I am looking to sell my iPad and get a android tablet. I have the s4 phone and I love it, I also have a samsung laptop that I love as we'll so I am leaning towards a samsung tablet. What would you guys recommend, I have been looking at the note 8.0 and I have read mixed reviews so what do you guys think?

Nexus 7 Great community and always supported.

That is one of the better qualities but Idk how I feel about that compared to the samsung tabs or the lg g pad

If you're torn between the Tab and Nexus series - have you gone into a store and given each a trial run to see how you like them? That can help make it easier to choose.

Both are good. As Kate says, go into a store and see which you like best. I've had the 1012 Nexus 7 for about a year now, it's a cracking tab, and the 2013 version is the better choice if you plan on rooting and trying some custom ROMs.
