Heyo everyone,

First time finally posting on these forums, but i've read tons of your great info. I figured i'd start a post about what apps for LG Optimus M you guys think are really bad ass.

So far here's what I got:
Quick boot (root req)
Root explorer (woot req)
Set CPU (root req)
Open home (root req)
Light lock (you can't find this app anymore on the app market, it fixed all the bugs with the screen going black in calls, something to do with the proximity sensor I think. This seemed to be nearly all the phones that were first released.)
Skyfire (for wantabe flash player)
Pandora
Z4root (obviously for rooting)
Opera (use this when i'm annoyed at the default browser)
Ring extended (for using different alert tones)

Beyond that I downloaded a ton of other crap, but I really can't find any other apps that just "scream" there bad ass. I noticed that out there some phones have the ability to edit songs so you can use just a clip of the full song as your ringtone. Haven't found that yet though. How bout you guys, any good ones you found or know of?

(rofl and this is a random question for you guys who rooted, have you guys found a wierd ass song in the diag sound folder? system/sounds/lgdiag. I wondered if it was just mine, but who ever the tech was, i think he forgot to remove it rofl.)

Heyo everyone,

(rofl and this is a random question for you guys who rooted, have you guys found a wierd ass song in the diag sound folder? system/sounds/lgdiag. I wondered if it was just mine, but who ever the tech was, i think he forgot to remove it rofl.)

I have the same folder with 4 or 5 *.mp3 inside, 4 of them are the same weird noise in different frecuencies, I was wondering if it save to delete all this crap?

I deleted all of em. Seems like no problems so far.

Also if your unsure, you can always make a zip back up to your sd card.

I use LookOut for my optimus and Prey for my notebook. What I really like about LookOut, is the capability of logging onto LookOut on the computer to make my phone "Scream" if I have misplaced it!

Just one question if you have the lookout app on logged onto another device and your device that is off or broken how can u hear it scream ..

To state the obvious if its broken you can't hear it scream because is wont as its broken.

Another thing why'd you bump a 2 year old thread? Lol..
