Best app for Lock Screen Notifications?

I just switched to the Note 3 after using multiple iPhones. One of my favorite features of the iPhone was being able to swipe across a notification on my lock screen and be taken directly into that app/ message.

What apps are you guys using to accomplish this?

I found the NiLS app and followed all instructions but for some reason when I text comes through it still shows it on the default notifications widget even though I removed all widgets except NiLS. I have multiple widgets enabled in my settings as instructed by the app.

I tried DashClock as recommended in another thread and the exact same problem occurs. It is very weird. I removed all widgets. Added NiLS or DashClock. Sent a test text message and it brings me back to the screen shot above. If I scroll one screen to the left it shows me NiLS or DashClock with the notification present....

I am using DashClock. Love it...

...but I am finding the Lockscreen settings on 4.3 to be very odd. First, not easy to set up a default screen. Second, very easy to swipe the wrong way and ruin the lockscreen settings you have in place.

Samsung could have made this much more intuitive for people, I think.

By the way...

Please let me know if you get NiLS Notifications working. Looks very interesting but would like to know it properly works on the Note III before I try it.
