Best app uninstaller?

[funkylogik]

I have like 3XX apps n its getting rediculous lol.
What id like is a list i can scroll through with the apps name and icon, tick(check) a box for ones i dont need, then hit "uninstall" at the end.
I dont need it for system apps but im rooted so if theres one with batch uninstall, thatd be cool.
Cheers
